Established in 2014, Ideomotor formed an exclusive partnership with Base FX, the industry's top VFX company in China. We have developed multiple original films and animations, as well as jointly developed The Wandering Earth, Monkey King 4, Airpocalypse, Once Upon a Time, Turandot among other well-known films, including many to-be-announced domestic and international productions.

During the creation of The Wandering Earth, the team completed concept design and storyboards, incorporating the VisDev workflow and management. This was a significant step to thoroughly integrate visual development into the streamlined production process. After its theatrical release in early 2019, The Wandering Earth achieved great successes at box office and ratings, and gained recognition from a wide variety of audiences.
